The short answer

We hold what is needed to ship a bottle and answer an email: name, delivery address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the record of what you ordered. We do not sell that list, rent it or trade it.

We never hold your full card number. Payment details go straight to the payment processor that runs the checkout, and what comes back to us is an approval and the last four digits.

Cookies and measurement

This store uses cookies for two jobs: keeping your package selection while you read, and counting visits so we know which pages get used. There is no advertising network embedded in these pages and no cross site profile built here.

Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything on klaronailz.com. It may reset the package selector when you come back.

Email

If you write to support, the message and our reply are stored so the next person to help you can see the history. If you ask to receive product emails, you can leave with the unsubscribe link in any of them, and we do not add buyers to a list automatically.

Sharing

Three parties see order data: the payment processor, the carrier that delivers your parcel, and the fulfilment facility that packs it. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We hand over data to a public authority only where the law requires it, and we do not sell personal information under any state privacy statute.

Your requests

Write to care@klaronailz.com to see what we hold, correct it or have it deleted. We reply within thirty days. Order records tied to a refund are kept while the accounting requires it, then removed.
