KlaroNail Shipping, Returns and How to Reach Us

KlaroNail orders leave our Charleston room within one business day and reach US addresses in 3 to 6 business days. Shipping is free on the three and six bottle packages and $9.99 on the two bottle package.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a working day are usually packed the same afternoon. Everything else goes out the next working day. Once the parcel is moving, US delivery runs 3 to 6 business days depending on distance, and a tracking number reaches your inbox when the label is printed.

If tracking has not updated for five working days, write to orders@klaronailz.com with the order number. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel has genuinely gone missing, ship a replacement rather than leave you waiting on an investigation.

What happens after you press order

The checkout sends you a confirmation email within a few minutes. That email holds the order number, the package you chose and the total you paid, and it is the only document support needs to find you later, so keep it. Nothing else arrives in your inbox unless you asked for product emails at checkout.

In our room the order prints on a slip, someone pulls the bottles from the shelf, checks the count against the slip and packs them in a padded mailer with the slip inside. Bottles are amber glass, so they travel wrapped rather than loose. The label goes on, the parcel goes into the afternoon collection, and the tracking email leaves at the same moment. There is no warehouse network behind this and no third party seller in the middle: the same small crew that answers the phone is the crew that packs the box.

Returns, step by step

1. Email care@klaronailz.com within 60 days of delivery and say you want to return the order. No reason required.
2. We reply with the return address, usually the same working day.
3. Post the bottles back, opened or not, with the packing slip in the box. Return postage is yours.
4. We refund the product price within two working days of the parcel arriving. Your bank adds its own three to seven days.

We will never ask for your full card number, your CVV or your bank login by email or phone. A message that does is not from us, whatever the sender address looks like. Quote your order number and we can find everything we need at our end.
