KlaroNail Story: The Family That Bottles and Ships It
KlaroNail is run by Palmetto Field Brands, LLC, a family business registered in South Carolina in 2019. Two generations, one product, one room with shelves of amber bottles and a printer that spits out labels every morning.
Why a spray and not a brush
The business started with a complaint rather than an invention. Our father spent thirty years maintaining refrigeration units on shrimp boats, hands in gloves and water for most of it, and the nail products he bought all had the same problem: a brush that painted the top of the nail and missed the fold of skin where the trouble sat. A pump spray solved it in four seconds a go, so we built KlaroNail around the applicator first and the formula second.
Why we sell KlaroNail direct only
Selling direct is not a marketing pose here, it is how we keep two promises. The first is storage: essential oil blends dislike heat, and a bottle that spends a summer in a marketplace warehouse is not a bottle we want on your shelf. The second is the refund. We can honour 60 days on an opened bottle because the order, the shipment and the return all pass through our own hands. Hand a product to a reseller and both promises go with it.
So there is no wholesale price list, no salon programme, no marketplace listing. If you find KlaroNail for sale somewhere else, it did not come from this room.
What we will and will not say
KlaroNail is a cosmetic. We talk about how nails look and how the skin beside them feels, because that is what a cosmetic is allowed to talk about and, more to the point, that is what we can stand behind. We do not claim the spray treats an infection, we do not print before and after photographs, and we do not use the word cure anywhere on this site.
The label question follows the same rule. The bottle names thirteen ingredients and prints no quantities, so we say that on the home page, on the label page and in the FAQ instead of hoping nobody looks. Some buyers close the tab at that point. We would rather lose that order than win it on a fog.
How we source and pack
Filling and packing happen at a contract facility in the United States that works to cGMP standards, with the oils sourced from the growers that supply the cosmetics trade. Tea tree oil comes from Australia because that is where it grows, which is why the phrase on our packaging is made in the USA from imported ingredients rather than something vaguer.
Boxes are packed here in Charleston, in plain mailers, by people you can reach on the phone during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern. The company details are on every page of this store because a real address and a real phone number are the cheapest trust signal there is, and the easiest one for a fly by night operation to skip.
